George, the owner, is a truly standup guy and he makes it a point to get to know each member. It really helps you stay motivated when you feel like you have a whole team in your corner. One of the best decisions I could have ever made for my health, not only physically but also mentally, was join Break The Mold. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed into each class by all trainers, and become part of a community that truly cares. I’ve been to many gyms before, but none have made me feel as comfortable and motivated as this one. Each trainer takes the time to get to know you, along with your individual goals, to help you achieve them. The workouts are amazing, changing daily, but always being manageable for everyone despite your fitness level! Can’t say enough good things about this gym!

Pretty sure that only 1 star review is a troll, but if you read through the rest of the reviews you already figured that out. It took me 20 minutes into the trial class to know that’s the place I wanted to be. Coach Meg is such a breath of fresh air. Her energy is contagious, even at 6am. Coach (and owner) George is so knowledgeable and is always there to help and make sure you’re being assisted and corrected during the workouts. Coach Jhon is fun, supporting and has the best content on his IG as far as nutrition and help with weight loss! Coach Kyle teaches upper body and is also a school teacher, and that shows through his patience and fun, easy-going personality. Coach Nat will greet you with a wink and then show up out of nowhere with extra weights because she knows you can do it! BTM is the place where you may walk in unmotivated but is guaranteed to leave full of energy and confident and looking forward to your next class! ❤️
