H.I.I.T
GET FIT with our high intensity interval training sessions designed to build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle mass and maximizing that calorie burn!
STRENGTH
GET STRONG with our strength sessions that are designed to improve strength and build lean muscle mass using resistance training. In these classes, you will use a mix of body weight and free weights to build all the major muscle groups!
FIGHT AND
CONDITIONING
Feel like a CHAMP and GET STRONG in our fight + conditioning class. The perfect high-intensity blend of boxing and strength circuit training to kill those calories!
TOTAL BODY
A total body experience designed to help build strength and endurance. This class could include a combination of bootcamp and circuit training, strength and cardio exercises, body weight exercises and core training.
PRIVATE TRAINING
Get the most out of your fitness journey with affordable private training at Break the Mold. Our coaches will help you reach your goals with individualized attention and is perfect for those that have very specific goals and/or limitations. A one-on-one program allows us to focus specifically on YOUR goals so that we can help you get fit and get stronger, faster! These programs offer personal accountability and progression to keep you working hard, working smarter and achieve your goals as the sessions continue.
SEMI- PRIVATE TRAINING
GET READY, GET FIT, AND GET STRONGER, with your friends, of course. Getting fit and stronger is always more fun with friends! Our semi-private training sessions are designed for groups of 3-6 people to improve motivation, accountability, fitness results, and overall health.
KID'S FITNESS
Regular exercise and an active lifestyle is important for everyone in your family, kids included! Break the Mold offers different programs designed to keep your kids healthy and happy! Whether your child is an athlete or a child that just wants to have some fun and be active, Break the Mold programs will work with your kids on fun, exciting, and engaging team building fitness activities for children of all levels.
